Among the top winners, you will find projects such as Me Dubai Hotel by Zaha Hadid Architects (Dubai, UAE); Apple Central World by Foster + Partners (Bangkok, Thailand); Google Bay View Campus by BIG + Heatherwick Studio (California, USA), and many others.
This year’s competition featured thousands of projects from more than 80 countries. Achieving victory in such a highly competitive environment is a significant accomplishment both for the project itself and for Georgian architecture.
Multifunctional Landmark on the Riverbank has won Architizer A+Awards 2025-ის in one of the most competitive architectural categories – Mixed Use, 25,000 sq. ft..
The project has simultaneously earned two top honors:
From the very beginning, the project’s goal was clearly defined: to create a building on the city’s historic riverside that would enhance the authentic character of the area while being functionally tailored to user needs and comfort. As you know, a significant portion of the building is dedicated to parking spaces, a service critically important for the city. The materials used—reinforced concrete and metal elements for the façade—reflect the Agrohub brand concept, while the natural landscaping not only enhances the visual appeal but also emphasizes ecological well-being, aligning with Agrohub’s mission focused on healthy and natural products.
“The Agrohub Riverside branch is the result of a successful collaboration between us and Studio 9. I am very proud of this achievement and delighted that it has now received international recognition,” – Akaki Akhvlediani , Founder of Agrohub.
By the end of 2025, a new architectural project—a unique and exceptional creation resulting from another collaboration between Agrohub and Studio 9—will open: Agrohub’s new branch in the city of Kutaisi.
